SUPER SATURDAY HELP AND IDEAS


Do you need help coming up with LDS Super Saturday crafts and ideas? We are here to help all of you Relief Society and Enrichment leaders who need some great projects for your group at affordable prices.. We provide kits for all of our projects, or we can provide the supplies and teach everyone how to make the projects at your event. We have both had in depth experience in planning and executing Super Saturday and enrichment events. We know firsthand what an overwhelming challenge it can be to plan and provide original, affordable projects for large groups!

Why use us for your projects?


  • We have shopped around to find the best resources for our materials. We buy in large quantities, so our prices are often lower than what you could find on your own, whether you buy kits or schedule us to teach classes.

  • Instead of going to the craft store, the hardware store, and lots of other places to track down the right supplies, we offer one easy pickup for your complete craft kits.

  • For a slightly higher price (usually a couple of dollars) we will even come and teach your group how to make the crafts. If you choose this option, EVERYTHING needed is included--paints, brushes, and display items prior to the event.




We offer both a half or a full day of classes for Super Saturdays, depending on the needs of your group and the projects you choose to do. We book in three hour blocks. Class times are as follows:

Morning 9-12:00
Afternoon 1-4:00
Evening 6-9:00 (for weeknight events)

In order to best manage our time, each craft has been assigned a point value. Each three hour block consists of either 4 or 8 points worth of projects. We will teach each craft at a specific time during that block, and be available for questions and assistance throughout the block.

When deciding on crafts please keep in mind the people who will be attending and their interests. There is an order minimum of 10 for each craft project chosen.



If you are confident and experienced enough to teach or make the craft on your own, but don't want to go through the hassle of tracking down and picking up hard to find supplies, our craft kits are for you! Kits allow your group to make our projects (with detailed instructions) at a reduced cost.

For a detailed list of pricing and what is included in each kit, please refer to the craft tabs at the top of the page. If you wish to display the craft before your event you may either purchase a completed craft or purchase one kit prior to the event. Pictures work great as well!

Please allow two weeks from the time we receive payment to fill ALL orders. This includes orders for display items. If you will need your items shipped please allow two weeks for us to fill your order and another 3-7 days for your items to ship.

To book an event e-mail us at simplycreative@live.com. If you are planning a fall event, please keep in mind that this is our busiest time of year and it is never to early to reserve your date.

Based on our experience the following is a time line we recommend following to ensure the success of your event. Their may be some variations based on the type of event you are planning. The following time line is particularly important for church craft events:

  • As soon as possible: Reserve your date with us.
  • 6-8 weeks prior to your event: Choose which crafts your group would like to do and let us know. We will send you a detailed email containing any important information for the craft(s) you choose.
  • 4-6 weeks prior to your event: Pick up samples and sign up sheets to display for your group.
  • 2 weeks prior to your event: All sign up sheets and money are due to Simply Creative. All payment must be received in one complete check. Due to ordering deadlines with our suppliers, late orders CANNOT be accommodated. Supplies will not be ordered until payment is received in full.
  • 1 week prior to your event: Remind everyone who is planning on doing a craft of the specific times each class will be taught. Please make sure everyone is aware that if they do not show up to make their craft, we will leave their basic supplies for them. However they must realize that it is impossible to portion out and send home some of the materials, such as wood glue, paint, ect. and we can not provide materials at kit prices when teaching a class.
  • Day of event: We will come 1/2 hour before the scheduled time to bring in and set up supplies. Your are responsible for providing and setting up tables and table coverings. We will bring the rest!
